About Jivamukti Yoga

A Jivamukti Yoga class consists of flowing vinyasa sequences partnered with Sanskrit chanting, traditional Vedic and ancient yogic teachings for the modern mind as well as commentary........ breath awareness, meditation, hands-on alignment, and relaxation. You work at your own pace, following the teacher's constant guidance. We do sitting, standing, and inverted postures, and suggest challenging variations for more advanced students.

all classes have an anusara flare.... heartful, physical alignment which is great for all levels!
