Indu is an all natural lotion, hand shaken with essential oils and mantra. Indu was inspired by Marni Task, a Jivamukti Yoga teacher, who began using the lotion during the relaxation portion of her yoga classes. The beneficial effects the lotion has had on the students and all who have used it have been astounding. Students expressed feeling dramatic change in their ability to relax after Indu had been rubbed on their neck and head. Many described a deep sense of calm that came over them, an ability to relax and let go on a physical level as well as experiencing a quieting of the mind.
