Sunday, December 14th - Bind To Unwind Workshop

 

Cleveland Yoga Beachwood at 11:30am to 1pm

This holiday season come Bind to Unwind your body and your mind!  If you need a little break from the hustle and bustle of the holiday season or you’ve already eaten too many Hanukkah Gelt Chocolate Coins or you’ve OD’d on Christmas cookies, join us as we learn how to bind to unwind.
It’s in the twisting and turning and binding ourselves up
that we unwind the body and the mind! 

Sneak Peak: Bird of Paradise will be workshopped in this class so…
come as you are….a beginner just sprouting your bind or an advanced practitioner finding a new edge.

Class will also be infused with Indu Aromatherapy and a holiday trunk show to follow class.
