The Yoga of Pregnancy Prenatal Teacher Training

with Jessica Jennings

THE SESSIONS HAVE ALREADY BEGUN BUT YOU CAN STILL SIGN UP AND GET ACCESS TO ALL OF THE VIDEOS!

Starting April 15 - May 2, 2026

Wednesdays and Saturdays

9am PT – 11:30am PT / 12pm ET – 2:30 pm ET

If you are a Yoga Teacher who graduated from the Jivasara Yoga Teacher Training program or another one, you are eligible for this workshop.

What the training is
The Yoga of Pregnancy is an 18-hour online prenatal yoga teacher training led by Jessica Jennings, MS, ERYT, RPYT. You’ll learn to safely guide and inspire moms and moms-to-be using clear, alignment-based cues and transformative principles rooted in the five natural elements.

How it’s structured
Most students start on-demand and join live Zoom sessions when they’re next offered. The training includes six sessions over three weeks, with lifetime access to recordings, downloadable materials, and optional Office Hours for support.

What you’ll learn

You’ll gain the tools you need to address the physiological and emotional changes of pregnancy on the mat, learn prenatal biomechanical alignment principles, and practice modifying poses safely for each trimester. You’ll also learn how to use breath, movement, and theming to support nervous system regulation, optimal fetal positioning, and birth preparation, helping create a meaningful pregnancy and birth experience.

What it enables you to do
Even before the training ends, you’ll be able to adjust regular poses, use alignment-based cues that create space and support strength, teach safe, transformative prenatal classes, and guide moms-to-be with clarity rather than fear.

How you can take it
You can take The Yoga of Pregnancy on its own for 18 hours of Yoga Alliance CE credit, add prenatal class write-ups to receive a 25-hour Certificate of Completion, or continue on to complete the full 85-hour Ma Yoga / Yoga Alliance RPYT Certification.

Jessica is a master when it comes to soon to be mama's and if you

want to hone in on this teaching skill she is the teacher for you!

Cycles of Grace: Yoga for the Wise Woman

Friday, May 15th at 7pm

World Peace Yoga

268 Ludlow Avenue

Cincinnati, Ohio 45220

Guided by: Marni Task, Julie Kirkpatrick and Anna Ferguson

Embrace the transition of time with a practice designed to honor the body's evolution and the mind's deepening wisdom. This class moves away from the
"no pain, no gain" mentality, focusing instead on functional longevity, bone health, and emotional equilibrium.

As we move through different seasons of life, our practice must adapt. This session is a sanctuary for women to gather and explore movement that feels restorative yet empowering, celebrating the strength that comes from a life well-lived.

What to Expect:
Joint Mobility & Stability: Gentle, intentional flows to maintain range of motion and support balance.

Mindful Strength:

Weight-bearing postures designed to support bone density and muscle tone.

Deep Nervous System Support:
Techniques such as Yoga Nidra or extended restorative holds to manage sleep quality and hormonal shifts.

The Power of Breath:

Pranayama practices to cultivate a sense of inner "cool" and steady focus.

Following our movement:

We transition into a dedicated time for philosophical inquiry. Rooted in the concept of community-care, this portion of the class invites you to:

Explore Wisdom Teachings:

Discuss yogic philosophy as it relates to the seasons of life, moving beyond self-care into a collective experience of peace.

Share and Listen:

A facilitated space to speak your truth on topics like navigating change, embracing physical shifts, or finding purpose in this stage of your life.
